What you need to know


By car

Parking is free. If you’re using a Sat Nav you’ll need the following: BN44 3DZ. The full address is Wiston House, Steyning, West Sussex, BN44 3DZ.

Wildfires takes place in a rural location, so there may be queues getting in and out of the site. Once you have parked your car on-site, you can begin to make your way on foot to the campsite or event entrance.

By train

If you're catching the train, the nearest station is Shoreham-by-Sea. It's easy to get here from London and Gatwick Airport.

By plane

If you’re travelling from overseas, the nearest airport to Wiston House is London Gatwick. The journey is about 45 minutes. From London Heathrow, it’s about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Arrival Times

The Wildfires Campsite opens at the same time as the Big Church Day Out Campsite, on Friday 24 May

When you arrive to Wiston Estate, please come in West Gate entrance and follow signs to the Wildfires ticket gate.

Friday 24 May: The campsite, car parks and ticket gates open at 12 midday Camping gates will close at approximately 10pm and temporary overnight camping will be available for late arrivals.

Saturday 25 May – Sunday 26 May: The Car Park will open at 10am, and all ticket gates, including the camping ticket gate, will open at 10.30am

Monday 27 May – Wednesday 29 May: The Car Park and all ticket gates will open at 8:30am.

The campsite will close at 12pm on Thursday 30 May

Accessibility / Care and Safety

There are buggies that will be driven between the camping area and the main venues to help support those with mobility issues.

There will be a hearing loop and BSL interpretation during the main sessions in the Big Top.
