Dez is the founder and CEO of Spark2Life. Having been through the criminal justice system as a teenager, Dez found faith and many years later became a pastor.  He is an author, prison therapist and chaplain.

Grace is a mum, evangelist, and founder of HEYjoy – a movement committed to helping the next generation discover Jesus and live wholeheartedly for Him.  

Zeke helps lead Dreaming the Impossible. He leads the Youth Network for Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland. He is passionate about seeing young people meet Jesus and follow Him fearlessly.

Ife is a creative individual with a heart desire to see young people’s lives transformed by the power of the Gospel. She is currently the Assistant Youth Pastor at Gas Street Church alongside working at Urban Devotion Birmingham, a Christian charity with the aim of transforming communities through youth work. 

When she’s not hanging out with youth, she also works as a doctor and loves doing spoken word and playing music. One thing to know about Ife is that she is a keen Arsenal fan and has even met Thierry Henry!

Sarah Yardley is a follower of Jesus who loves finding and telling true stories. She enjoys travel, reading, coffee, feasting with friends, and exploring the beauty of the invitation to a deep and true faith in Jesus. She has traveled to over 100 countries in the adventure of faith, led festivals and creative projects around the world, and is Head of Evangelism at Emmaus Road. She regularly contributes to Lectio 365, preaches and teaches in creative communities, and daily discovers what it means to follow Jesus and invite her community to know they are radically loved.

Reuben is a Bible nerd who loves studying and sharing God’s word. He spends his time working with several churches and Christian organisations and is passionate about helping people read, understand, and encounter God in scripture for themselves. He also has an addictive personality, and his current fads of obsession are snacking on medjool dates and taking mid-afternoon power naps – the two are unrelated but work well together in his opinion.

Sam, whilst originally from Scotland, lives and works in Nottingham. He worships at Trinity Church Nottingham and is involved in worship and youth ministries. Sam has a passion to see young people encounter Jesus through teaching the Word, and is expectant to see how God uses the next generation.

Zoe studied Design for Film & Television at university – you might have seen some of her work on Netflix and Disney Plus.

Tanya is the Emerging Generations Pastor at Trinity Church Nottingham. Over the last three years, Tanya has poured her heart into seeing revival among the youth and is passionate about seeing young people come alive through encounters with Jesus. She leads the Orchard Youth, which encourages girls aged 11-18 to see their worth, know how deeply God loves them, and discover that God has a purpose for their life.

Joel is head of youth and evening service pastor at EmmausRd Guildford. Joel has been working with young people for over a decade and has a degree in youth work and theology. He is passionate about discipleship, worship and helping young people encounter God and discover who they are!

Rich has championed the central role of local churches in student mission for over 25 years, inviting a generation to ‘a call less ordinary’. He leads Fusion, which is a movement passionate about student mission, seeking to equip students, serve churches and develop student workers all across the world. Rich is married to Ness, Team Leader of Open Heaven and Pioneer UK Leader.
