Volunteer

Volunteer with our youngest age group. 0-2s volunteers will serve during the morning Big Top Session, or throughout the afternoon enabling parents to attend Labs. This team is a 50/50 role, i.e. 50% discount on event ticket and camping ticket, and lunch provided.

Do you love having fun and encouraging the youngest members of the Wildfires community to encounter God and the power of the Holy Spirit? Our Sparks (3-4s), Blaze (Reception-Year 2) and Ignite (Year 3-Year 6) teams are a brilliant opportunity to equip and inspire the next generation by helping run their groups and activities.

Are you passionate about serving young people and helping them to see God at work in their lives? Be part of the youth team, where you’ll help to facilitate times of worship, prayer and teaching, while having loads of fun!

Help children, young people, and adults who need additional support to get the most out of Wildfires. You could help run our quiet space venue, or facilitate the adults area in the Big Top – all contributing to help those with additional needs to encounter God.

Come and serve with our café team. We want to make sure that every coffee served is an opportunity to stir conversation and connection. Let’s reclaim the cup of coffee as a sacred moment that brings our guests’ time and connection with others.

Are you passionate about helping people have the best experience at an event? Enjoy problem solving? Why not join our Wildfires Central Team.

Have you got an eye for detail and the technical know-how to make things happen? Be part of the production and media team, getting involved with visuals, words, sound or cameras, and using your skills to bring Wildfires to life. This team will serve the Big Top and Kids venues.

Are you a people person who loves helping people have a great time? As part of the Stewarding/Hosting team, you’ll be providing assistance and direction to festival-goers, as well as being at the heart of the Wildfires action.

If you’re passionate about hospitality and love making people feel at home, be part of our welcome team. You’ll be the first face that festival-goers see, and will help everyone arriving at Wildfires to feel excited and ready to be there.

Are you passionate about prayer and helping people meet with God? Join the Prayer Team, who will be on hand at the Big Top sessions to create space for people to encounter the Holy Spirit. N.B. Your references must include one leader from your church.

Do you have experience that will help to capture the heart of Wildfires through a lens? This team will be formed of Photographers, Videographers and Social Media Wizzes. Showcase your skills by sharing your portfolio or Instagram handle with us on the volunteer application form when you apply.

Are you practical? Why not help the Site Team keep the venues and the site in tip top condition? This is a practical role that has a huge impact on every guest’s experience of the event.

Do you love a bit of funky merch? Got a knack for making people smile? How about for making a sale? We’d love for you to bring your joy to our marketplace, showcasing and selling Wildfires merchandise!

Control oversee all of the communications around the site, while delivering critical information to support the event.  Making sure that emergencies are dealt with swiftly and supporting other teams on-site. If details are your thing and you can stay calm under pressure, our Control Team needs your help.
