Our volunteer community plays a vital part in enabling the mission of Wildfires to become a reality. You are so much more than a volunteer, you are a Fire Lighter – Individually helping to start fires, collectively fanning the flames of the next Great Awakening.

Applications are open now. (N.B, volunteers are expected onsite by 7pm Thursday 22nd August)

And there are many more reasons to volunteer:
Free ticket*, free meals*, be in the buzz, make friends, learning teamwork and free Wildfires merchandise
    *See below for more details

See below for all the different ways that you can volunteer.

    0 – 2s

Volunteer with our youngest age group. 0-2’s volunteers will be rota’d to serve either during the morning Big Top Session, or throughout the afternoon enabling parents to attend Labs. This team is a 50/50 role, i.e. 50% discount on event ticket and camping ticket, and lunch provided.

    Under 5s = 50/50
    Over 5s = full time

Do you love having fun and encouraging the youngest members of the Wildfires community to encounter God and the power of the Holy Spirit? The children’s team is a brilliant opportunity to equip and inspire the next generation by helping run their groups and activities.

    Full Time

Are you passionate about serving young people and helping them to see God at work in their lives? Be part of the youth team, where you’ll help to facilitate times of worship, prayer and teaching, while having loads of fun!

    Full Time

Help children, young people, and adults who need additional support to get the most out of Wildfires. You could, help run our quiet space venue, or facilitate the adults area in the Big Top – all contributing to help those with additional needs to encounter God.

    50/50 or full time*

Are you a people person who loves helping people have a great time? As part of the Stewarding/Hosting team, you’ll be providing assistance and help to festival-goers, as well as being at the heart of the Wildfires action.

    Ticketing and Welcome

    Full Time

If you’re passionate about hospitality and love making people feel at home, be part of our welcome team. You’ll be the first face that festival-goers see, and will help everyone arriving at Wildfires to feel excited and ready to be there.

    Site Team

    Full Time

Are you practical? Why not help the Site Team keep the venues and the site in tip top condition? This is a practical role that has a huge impact on every guest’s experience of the event.

    Control Room

Control oversee all of the communications around the site, while delivering critical information to support at the event.  Making sure that everything from emergencies are dealt with swiftly and supporting other teams on-site. If details are your thing and you can stay calm under pressure, our Control Team needs your help.
