How you can get involved

There’s a role for every skill and interest! Here are some of the areas where you can get involved.

Kids Teams

Come and have the most fun encouraging the youngest members of the festival family to encounter God. Our Kids Teams need you!

Youth Team

Are you passionate about our next generation seeing God at work in their lives? Come and be part of the amazing Youth Team.

Accessibility Team

Come and support those with additional needs to get the most out of Wildfires Festival. You could help run our quiet space or facilitate in the Big Top.

Audiovisual Team

Be part of the festival programme providing technical support to our contributors and venue hosts across early morning sessions, Labs and Afterhours. Experience required.

Hosting Team

Ensure people have an unforgettable time. From a friendly smile to practical support, your presence makes all the difference! Duties include car parking, campsite, stewarding, ticketing, and welcome.

Night Support Team

Join a small, trusted group who choose to support the festival community while most people are asleep.

Prayer Team

Be a spiritually safe space for the Wildfires Festival family to encounter the Holy Spirit through prayer ministry.

Café Team

Help people to have a moment of pause or connect with friends by serving up a quality coffee experience on the café team.

Wildfires Central Team

Be part of the busy on-site hub for any questions that guests or teams may have during the event itself.

Media Team

Do you have a passion for storytelling, a creative eye, and a heart for photography, film, or social media? We’d love you to apply for our Media team.

Benefits to being a Fire Lighter

Volunteering at Wildfires Festival means fully immersing yourself as a committed member of the team. There are 2 options available: full-time (2 shifts per day) or part-time (1 shift per day). But what will you get?

• FREE festival entry: full-time Fire Lighters get a free ticket to the whole festival, and part-time Fire Lighters will get half price entry

• FREE meals throughout the festival: full-time Fire Lighters will get 3 meals a day, and part-time Fire Lighters will get lunch or dinner provided every day

• Lounge access: we all need a place to chill, and you will have access to the team lounge

• Support: each team will have a dedicated team leader to guide you, as well as all the training needed to carry out your role

• New friends: anyone who’s done this before will tell you it’s an amazing place to meet new people, make new friends
