Wildfires has always been about igniting passion and deepening faith across generations. Now, Wildfires Youth enters a new season – with even more space for young people to encounter God, discover purpose, and find belonging.

With a new Youth Campsite, age-specific sessions, and stronger support for leaders, Wildfires Youth 2026 is ready to host young people better than ever before.

The Process

1. Create your Youth Group Booking (OPENING SOON)

Tap “Book Tickets” to create your group.

Things you’ll need:

Name and DBS details of Primary Youth Leader
Name and DBS details of Secondary Youth Leader
Number of additional youth leaders you’ll be bringing (1:10 ratio)
Number of youth you’re anticipating (You’ll also need the names of all your youth group planning to attend, and email addresses for their parents/guardians.) Please only input details of confirmed young people.
How many tents you’re anticipating bringing
Any marquees etc.

This form will:

Email the parents a link to their Youth Booking Form
Send the primary booker the Youth Leader Tickets (NB: Please store these safely)

At this stage you will only book and pay for Leaders, parents will need to book their young people via the unique link sent directly.

2. Parent booking form

Sent automatically to the parents inputted in the above form

Parents will need to complete the form sent via email for each young person. This form will ask for details of any additional needs, medical needs and allergies. It will also take payment for the young person ticket.

Parents will then receive the event ticket(s) on completion of this form. NB: Please store these tickets safely.

3. Group Tracking

Youth leaders are able to request a tracking link to track which young people have completed their booking process.

Bookings

Who can book?

Youth groups can camp independently in the Youth Campsite with a Primary Youth Leader (21+) and a Secondary Youth Leader.
Young people must be in school years 7–13 at the time of the festival.
Youth cannot switch between youth and kids programmes once on site.

Leaders & ratios

Minimum of two adults for groups of up to 10 young people.
Larger groups must have 1 adult per 10 young people.
All adults camping with youth groups must hold a valid DBS.
All groups must ensure a ratio of 1:10 is met in all main sessions.

Tickets & payment

Primary Youth Leader: free ticket + daily coffee voucher.
Secondary Youth Leaders: £60 ticket (£25 ticket + camping fee) + daily coffee voucher.
Additional Youth Leaders: subsidised tickets at £85 per person (£50 ticket+ £35 camping fee.)
Young People: £99 full ticket.

Extra info

Primary and Secondary Youth Leaders can arrive from Wednesday 28th July 2027 to set up before delegates arrive on Thursday.
Young people not in a youth group can camp in the Church Campsite and still access all Wildfires Youth activities.

Camping

Each youth group will have a designated area in the Youth Campsite.
Young people may also stay with parents or carers off-site or in the Church Campsite.
Your festival wristband gives access to all Youth venues, the Church Campsite, the field of fun, and food vendors.
Church Campsite adults will not have access to Youth venues or the Youth Campsite.

Facilities & setup

Campsite includes accessible toilets, showers and trackway.
Groups may bring or hire externally a catering marquee (max 6 m × 3 m) – Please note you cannot hire these from Wildfires.
Tents can be hired from external providers, set up on Wednesday 28 July 2027 before arrival day.

Safeguarding

Wildfires Youth work alongside an experienced safeguarding team. Our Safeguarding policy can be downloaded here.

First Aid

The Wildfires site has a First Aid point served by a paramedic and onsite ambulance.
