Wildfires Youth 2026

Wildfires has always been about igniting passion and deepening faith across generations. Now, Wildfires Youth enters a new season – with even more space for young people to encounter God, discover purpose, and find belonging.

Find out everything you need to know about booking, camping, and joining what God is doing next.

With a new Youth Campsite, age-specific sessions, and stronger support for leaders, Wildfires Youth 2026 is ready to host young people better than ever before.

Booking Details

The Process

1. Book your tickets

  • Tap “Book Tickets” to register your group.
  • Add details for your Primary Youth Leader (21+) and number of youth & leaders attending.
  • Pay in full or secure your place with a 20% deposit (balance due by June 2026).

2. Submit Group Information Form

  • Sent automatically once your ticket booking is complete.
  • Add names & DBS details for all adult leaders.
  • Add names & parent contact info for all young people (Year 7–13).

3. Parents complete the Parent Form

  • Each parent/carer receives this form directly.
  • Collects medical, consent, and emergency contact details.

4. Complete Camping Form (later in the year)

  • Share your pitch requirements, catering marquee info, and any equipment hire.
  • Confirm if you’re bringing or renting tents.

Bookings

Who can book?

  • Youth groups can camp independently in the Youth Campsite with a Primary Youth Leader (21+) and a Secondary Youth Leader.
  • Young people must be in school years 7–13 at the time of the festival. Those entering year 7 in September 2026 are welcome to join.
  • Youth cannot switch between youth and kids programmes once on site.

Leaders & ratios

  • Minimum of two adults for groups of up to 10 young people.
  • Larger groups must have 1 adult per 10 young people.
  • All adults camping with youth groups must hold a valid DBS.

Tickets & payment

  • Primary and Secondary Youth Leaders: free ticket + daily coffee voucher.
  • Additional Youth Leaders: subsidised tickets at £50 per person.
  • Youth groups can book in bulk, paying in full or securing places with a non-refundable 20% deposit (balance due June 2026).

Extra info

  • Primary and Secondary Youth Leaders can arrive from Wednesday 22 July 2026 to set up before delegates arrive on Thursday.
  • Young people not in a youth group can camp in the Church Campsite and still access all Wildfires Youth activities.

Camping

  • Each youth group will have a designated area in the new Youth Campsite.
  • Young people may also stay with parents or carers off-site or in the Church Campsite.
  • Your festival wristband gives access to all Youth venues, the Church Campsite, the field of fun, and food vendors.
  • Church Campsite adults will not have access to Youth venues or the Youth Campsite.

Facilities & setup

  • Campsite includes accessible toilets, showers and trackway.
  • Groups may bring or hire a catering marquee (max 6 m × 3 m).
  • Tents can be hired from external providers, set up on Wednesday 22 July 2026 before arrival day.

Every Primary & Secondary Youth Leader gets:

  • a free ticket and daily coffee voucher
  • early access to site for setup
  • priority contact from our team

Additional Youth Leaders pay just £50pp (subsidised).
