As part of the Wildfires experience, we believe it is important for churches to have a space to gather, eat, and enjoy community. Therefore we have a limited number of Villages and Hamlets available for those who wish to use them.
Due to health and safety requirements, we are unable to allow any structures larger than 6x6m on site unless arranged through Wildfires Festival. We are also unable to allow any additional equipment unless authorised, other than decoration – should you have any specific requests for your Village or Hamlet please contact the team and we will try to help you get these
These Villages and Hamlets are subject to space and availability: please fill in the application form below with the specifics you need by JANUARY 31st, and our team will be in touch should you be successful in your application. Please note all payments for Villages and Hamlets will be required by Friday 31st March 2023.
