The programme will conclude at 1pm Sunday 27th to allow plenty of time to pack down and leave the site.
We will be capturing the weekend on photo and video. However, if you do not wish to have your image taken we will have green lanyards available for collection from Wildfires Central which tell our media team that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
We are not a cashless site, but some food and marketplace vendors will only take card. Please note there is no cash point on site.
Day tickets for 25th July and 26th July will be made available nearer to the event – we will make an announcement when these are available for purchase.
NB: we do not offer day-only entry for 24th July or 27th July; if you would like to travel on & off site for these days too then you will need to book a full event ticket.
We have decided to keep it fairly stripped back at Wildfires 2025 in terms of exhibitors within our Marketplace. This year we will only be having our merchandise stand, book shop, and café.
Please do get in touch again next year as this may change.
Unfortunately no bikes or scooters are allowed onsite. This is down to Health and Safety, the layout of our site would provide a brilliant runway and therefore we do not want to put people at risk of collision with bikes or scooters. We have therefore decided to be a bike and scooter-free event. This also applies to e-scooters and other electrified travel devices.
Please click here to download our 2024 safeguarding policy. We are currently updating our policy ahead of 2025.
You can bring your own safe camping stoves but fire regulations mean that open fires and low level disposable type BBQ’s are not allowed. Waist-high, contained off-the-ground BBQ’s with wind-protecting side panels are permitted.
Fireworks, smoke canisters, floating / paper / sky lanterns, and other similar items are not permitted. Any person in possession of such items may be refused admission or ejected.
There are medical services on-site in case of emergencies but they won’t be able to prescribe your regular medication. Please make sure you bring what you need.
In true camping style, there will be plenty of portable loos, including toilets for disabled access.
We support responsible drinking and professional staff will be on hand all day to support this objective. Over 18’s are welcome to bring some alcohol for their own consumption as long as it’s not in glass bottles.
To keep everyone safe, glass is not allowed on site. Please bring your plastic cups and decant any drinks before you come.
Sadly we have to say no to your furry friends. The only animals allowed on site are guide dogs and registered assistance dogs.
Coming soon!
There will be a good selection of food concessions selling hot and cold food. There will be vegan and gluten free options available, but do feel free to bring any of your own food too, if this would help you feel more comfortable over the weekend.
You are free to come and go as many times as you like during Wildfires. Please bear in mind that all ticket and campsite gates will close at 10.00pm each day. Please also make sure that you are wearing your wristbands when you leave the site as we can’t let you back in without them.
