What accessibility is there in the Youth site?

The campsite will have accessible toilets, trackway, and showers.

Can we hire marquees or tents?

Youth groups are permitted to rent tents from external providers to be set up onsite. Please arrange for providers to set these up on Weds 22nd July 2026.

Can we bring marquees?

Each youth group is allowed to bring or hire a marquee for catering (max. size 6m x 3m).

Who has access to the Youth Festival?

Your Wildfires Youth Festival wristband gives you complete access to all the youth venues, as well as the Church Campsite, field of fun, and food vendors.

Only registered youth leaders/ adults with valid DBS’ will be able to access the youth site.

No adults delegates from the Church Campsite will have access to the Wildfires Youth venues, campsite, or programme.

    Where will I be camping?

    Youth groups attending together will be assigned a designated camping area in the new Youth Campsite.

    Young people can still stay with parent/s or carer/s off site or in the Church Campsite if they’re attending with their families.

    Can youth pastors attend the youth sessions with their church groups?

    Yes this is sometimes possible, as long as they have a valid DBS and we will ask you to fill in one of our forms to. Please contact info@wildfiresfestival.com

    Why are there photographers around the site?

    We will be capturing the weekend on photo and video. However, if you do not wish to have your image taken we will have green lanyards available for collection from Wildfires Central which tell our media team that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.

    Does my child / young person need to be registered?

    Every under 18 on site needs to be registered, even if they are NOT going to any groups. However, registration should be done as soon as possible to guarantee access to kids and youth venues.
