Young people must be in school years 7–13 at the time of the festival. Those entering year 7 in September 2026 are also welcome to join.
Young people cannot switch between Youth and Kids programmes once already on site.
Only young people and youth group leaders with Youth Campsite wristbands will be able to enter the Youth Campsite.
Church Campsite adults will not have access to Youth venues or the Youth Campsite.
Your Wildfires Youth Festival wristband gives access to all Wildfires Youth venues, the Church Campsite, and the field of fun.
The Youth Campsite will include accessible toilets, showers, and accessible trackway.
Groups may bring or hire externally a catering marquee (max 6m × 3m) – Please note you cannot hire these from Wildfires.
Tents can be hired from external providers, and can be set up on Wednesday 22nd July before arrival day.
Primary and Secondary Youth Leaders can arrive from Wednesday 22nd July to set up before youth delegates arrive on Thursday 23rd.
Your Wildfires Youth Festival wristband gives you complete access to all the youth venues, as well as the Church Campsite, the field of fun, and food vendors.
Only registered youth leaders with valid DBS’ will be able to access the Youth Festival site.
No adults delegates from the Church Campsite will have access to the Wildfires Youth venues, Youth Campsite, or Youth programme.
Youth groups attending together will be assigned a designated camping area in the new Youth Campsite.
Young people can stay with parent(s) or carer(s) off-site or in the Church Campsite if they are attending with their families/churches. Any young person staying off-site or in Church Camping will still be able to attend all Wildfires Youth sessions and activities.
Yes this is sometimes possible, as long as they have a valid DBS and we will ask you to fill in one of our forms to. Please contact info@wildfiresfestival.com
We will be capturing the weekend on photo and video. However, if you do not wish to have your image taken we will have green lanyards available for collection from Wildfires Central which tell our media team that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
Every under 18 on site needs to be registered, even if they are NOT going to any groups. However, registration should be done as soon as possible to guarantee access to kids and youth venues.
