Are my tickets reserved if they’re in my group booking?

Tickets are only secured once payment has been made.

Are there any youth leader perks?

Yes! We know that you’re pouring your time and energy into nurturing your young people constantly! We want to help look after you too:
– Free ticket and daily coffee voucher for Primary Youth Leaders
– Early access to site for set up (28th July)
– Priority contact from our team

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is a guest Wi-Fi.

Will there be somewhere to charge phones?

There will be various charging points within the Youth Festival site. You will need to bring your charger and cable. Wildfires Festival does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage caused to mobile phones while using the charging points.

Can I get a company to set up my Marquee and tents for me?

Yes. If you’re bringing a marquee and its being set up by a professional company, please note that you are responsible for all insurances & health and safety for that marquee and anyone using it, including visitors to your camp.Delivery companies will only be allowed on-site at the same time as you (Weds 28th July – time TBC) and if you’re not there to meet them, they may be turned away.

How much space will there be for tents?

On your booking you will be able to tell us how many tents you will be bringing – we will use this to calculate your camping space. If you’ve got a large group, you’re welcome to bring marquees for eating etc. NB: please don’t ask for more space than you actually need so that we can fit everyone on. We do make plenty of space for sports etc, so you don’t need to allow extra room for social activities.

What’s the cancellation policy?

We operate a 10-day refund policy, if you are requesting a refund within 10 days of purchasing your ticket then we will happily refund. For all ticket enquiries, please contact the team on info@wildfiresfestival.com

What is the required adult to young person ratio?

Wildfires Youth Festival requires a one adult to ten young people ratio.

Will day tickets be available?

At this time, we cannot guarantee that day tickets will be made available. We recommend booking a weekend ticket to avoid missing out, as we are currently on track to sell out again. However, an announcement will be made if they are released, but please do not rely on this.

What are my responsibilities as Youth Leader?

All lead Youth Leaders will be required to sign a Youth Leaders Behaviour Management Agreement and attend all main sessions at a 1:10 ratio. This Behaviour Management Agreement outlines your responsibilities. You can find a copy here.

Can we bring a marquee?

Yes, you are able to bring a marquee, currently the maximum size you are able to bring is a 6mx6m. If you require a larger marquee please contact our team directly.

Can we access electric hookup?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide electric hookup at this time for cooking equipment or caravans. There will be limited power in the central village marquee.

Can we bring coaches and minibuses?

Yes, you can bring coaches and minibuses, we are busy working with the site and production team to make this process more streamlined in 2027. Watch this space for further details.

When can we arrive onsite?

Youth groups are able to arrive onsite on Wednesday 28th July – the time is TBC. You will be able to bring 1x vehicle and up to 6 team members onsite with you (NB: no children are allowed onsite on this day as it is still an active construction site). All other vehicles will need to be left in the carpark. These timings and restrictions apply to all youth groups and hamlets on the Wildfires Festival site.

What is provided in the youth village?

There will be toilets and shower facilities, a central village marquee with access to limited power. We also aim to provide a fridge trailer for shared access in the Youth Village. At this stage, we CANNOT guarantee this so please ensure you do not rely on this facility.

When can I bring my caravan on?

Caravans will be allocated a specific time slot to arrive onsite at Wildfires Youth on Wednesday 28th July. Please bare this in mind when making your travel arrangements.

Why is there a charge for caravans?

In line with the rest of Wildfires Festival we have introduced a £80 booking fee for caravans within the Youth Campsite. This is also a contribution towards the cost of infrastructure.

Why is there a camping fee?

In line with the rest of Wildfires Festival we have introduced a £35 camping fee for all adults within the youth campsite. This fee contributes towards the infrastructure needed to enable you to camp comfortably.

How can I see which of my young people have booked their tickets?

We will send you a unique link to view who has booked onto your group.

Can I add and remove people from my group booking?

Please DO NOT remove tickets from your booking. If you need to remove tickets, please speak to our team.

Can I edit my group booking?

Yes, you are able to edit this booking, please email our team youth@wildfiresfestival.com for a unique link to your booking.

What accessibility facilities are there in the Youth Campsite?

The Youth Campsite will include accessible toilets and showers.
